PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a peeling preventing member on an upper edge portion of a cover member. CONSTITUTION: A film member(130) is coupled with the entire frontal surface of an upper substrate. The film member is coupled with an upper surface of a cover member(300) adjacent to second to fourth sides of a display panel. A deco cover(170) covers a pad unit of the display panel, a plurality of circuit films, and a printed circuit board. A peeling preventing member(400) prevents peeling of the film member coupled with a film coupling unit of the cover member. |
