FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel polyunsaturated compounds of formula , where R1 is selected from -COOH, -COOR3, -CHO; R2 represents: phenyl group, probably substituted with hydroxy or C1-C16 alkoxygroup, or alpha-D-glucopyranosyl group, where all hydroxyl groups are substituted with acetyl group, or residue of C4-C30 fatty acid, probably substituted at the chain end with hydroxy or acetoxy, group -OC-(CH2)n-CO-tocopheryl (delta), where 2ëñnëñ10; R3 represents linear or branched C1-C16alkyl radical and to methods of their obtaining.
