FIELD: textiles, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry, and more specifically to a chemical technology of obtaining oil-water-repellent textile material made of aramid fibers. The method includes impregnating with fluorocarbon composition and drying. Loomstate material is impregnated with a working solution, which additionally contains a catalytic mixture of the following components ratio, g/l: fluorocarbon composition - 40-80, the catalytic mixture of inorganic salt of three-valence metal with an organic acid - 3-6, water is the rest, at a temperature of 15-25C, pH 3.5 to pH 6.5, and wrung to a moisture content of 60 to 90%. Impregnation of the material is carried out in additional loops in the air at room temperature. The ratio of inorganic salt of three-valence metal and organic acid in a mixture is 6:1. The material was dried at a temperature of 90 to 120C and at a speed of 10 to 25 m/min. ^ EFFECT: improved technical and economic characteristics of the material while maintaining the hardness characteristics of the material in warp and weft and ballistic parameters. ^ 4 cl, 8 ex, 1 tbl |
