PURPOSE: A joint sealant and a road paving method thereof are provided to maintain waterproof effects by flexibly changing the size of the joint sealant depending on the size of a joint. CONSTITUTION: A joint sealant(100) comprises a body portion, protruded portions(130), and a hollow portion(110). The body portion is made of an elastic material to have an adjustable width depending on the width of a joint on road pavement and is inserted into joint. The protruded portions are formed on both ends of the body portion and are protruded to the top. The hollow portion is formed in the center of the body portion so that the outer surface of the body portion can stick to the inner surface of the joint. |
