The invention provides an access point switching method and device on an iOS (iphone operating system). The access point switching method on an iOS comprises: obtaining the current configuration parameter information when receiving an APN (access point name) switching instruction; and indicating a browser to obtain the current configuration parameter information from a local Web (world wide web) service module and modifying APN configuration according to a local configuration file once judging and knowing that proxy service information is not contained in the current configuration parameter information. The access point switching device on the iOS comprises a local Web service module, a switching module and a local configuration module. The access point switching method and device on the iOS, provided by the invention, can realize APN switching configuration under the condition of no network connection, so as to improve the switching effect of the APN.
