<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply part structure of a fuel tank that has high capability of maintaining a closed state of a filler opening with a gasket, even if the external force acts on a cap member. <P>SOLUTION: A gasket upper end 44T of the gasket 44 attached to a housing member 36 of the cap member 34 is positioned further on a back side (downside) than a fuel-filler-pipe upper end 14T, while the cap member 34 closes the filler opening 16. Even if the external force causes a cap outer 42 and a torque plate 40 to remove from the housing member 36, the gasket 44 is protected by a fuel filler pipe 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
