<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of uniform processing such as non-display of a comment having an added flag on the entire user terminal devices, because in the conventional technique, a flag for non-display processing etc. is distributed after being added to the comment at the server side, according to the presence/absence of delete requests or the count thereof to a certain comment. <P>SOLUTION: In a comment distribution system, a score is added to the comment to be distributed, and a distribution server subtracts the score of the comment according to NG word registration from users, i.e. viewers.
