The fitting has joint and retaining brackets (1, 2) connected with respective movable and stationary furniture parts, and a pivot pin (5) fastened to an end (1a) of the joint bracket. A bolt (3) is attached to the retaining bracket, and a toothed ring (4) is rotatable on the pin. An actuating pin (6) of the joint bracket moves the bolt to an engaged position in which the bolt is connected with the ring, and another actuating pin (7) of the joint bracket moves the bolt to a blocked position in which the bolt is blocked against the engagement with the ring against force of a spring (12a).
