<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem associated with an information communication system in which if there is only a small number of storage devices for storing contents corresponding to domain names of name-solution requests requested from requesting-devices and if there is a large number of requests for obtaining contents corresponding to the domain names of contents for which there is only a small number of storage devices, a load is concentrated on a small number of storage devices storing contents. <P>SOLUTION: A management device includes: first storage means for storing first location information indicating a location, on a network, of a node device whose availability is equal to or less than a predetermined utilization ratio; second storage means for storing retention location information of a content retention node device retaining content corresponding to a domain name for which name solution has been requested from a requesting-device and introduction information indicating the number of node devices introduced to the requesting-device, with the former information correlated with the latter; determination means for determining, if the number of introduction of the content retention device is determined to be a predetermined number or more, the node device stored in the first storage means to be a content retention device for newly obtaining content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
