The invention relates to thermal engineering. The cooling tower has two cooling circuits separated by a partition. A system of inclined water overflows is situated at the bases of a housing and the separating partition. Service platforms are situated at the level of the top of water overflow reservoirs, below the water overflows. Wind screens are mounted between the water overflows and the service platforms. An air intake corridor with a grating is formed between the reservoirs, below two adjacent water overflows. The invention makes it possible to achieve low cooled water temperatures.
