<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnable pressure cooker including a locking base body 4 having a locking portion urged in any direction and locking to a pot body 1 when a lid body 2 is mounted, and having an arm portion 45 engaging to a pressure operation portion 3 (operation body 33) operated upward when the pressure is increased in the pot, thereby prohibiting the operation of the locking base body, the turnable pressure cooker securing the safety by locking the locking base body when the lid body is turned upside down. <P>SOLUTION: The operation body 33 includes an upper shaft tube portion 333 and a lower body portion 332. The arm portion 45 has an end provided with a fitting groove 46 for housing and maintaining the upper shaft tube portion when the locking base body is moved back and forth, a fitting portion 48 for fitting the lower body portion therein when the operation body is moved upward, is provided immediately above the lower body portion, and when the lid body is turned upside down, the lower body portion is fitted (locked) to the fitting portion by its own weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
