<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tomato-containing beverage that has a rich taste, strong sweetness essential to tomato, has increased easy drinkability even without blending a vegetable juice or a fruit juice except tomato to be a main raw material, a method for producing the same, and a method or the like for suppressing acidity of tomato-containing beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The tomato-containing beverage is obtained by blending at least a tomato paste (A) with a transparent tomato juice (B) at the weight ratio (A)/(B) of 1.5-4.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
