<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately receive data. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station comprising an error detection encoding processing part and a transmission part transmits first control data needed for receiving a downlink signal and second control data needed for transmitting an uplink signal to a mobile station. The error detection encoding processing part performs error detection encoding processing on data including both of the first control data and second control data as a unit. The transmission part transmits data on which the error detection encoding processing is performed by the error detection encoding processing part to the mobile station. The mobile station transmits the uplink signal including an error detection result of the downlink signal, after succeeding in receiving both of the first control data and second control data.
