The arrangement (100) has an aperture (12) comprising a lockable part (1) for insertion of a child, and a head aperture (2) at a side of a head of the arrangement to expose a child's face. Size of the head aperture is altered over alteration of length of a boundary of the head aperture by a manually operable tensioning mechanism comprising a cord with a cord stopper (4). An operating region of the mechanism is arranged at a side of the head aperture pointing toward the aperture. A lockable pocket (7) is arranged at an inward side of an overlapping materials area in a storage position.
