Disclosed are a method and a device for installing a telecommunication network administration system. The method comprises: acquiring a scale of a telecommunication network administration system to be installed; determining a configuration corresponding to the scale; fabricating a telecommunication network administration system installation package by using the configuration; and installing the telecommunication network administration system installation package. Through the present invention, each configuration can be matched according to a scale, thereby adapting to installation and deployment of a telecommunication network administration system in a specific environment.
