<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel capable of reducing a process step to lower a manufacturing cost, and a display device and an electronic apparatus having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A display panel comprises, for each sub-pixel 11, a liquid crystal element 14 and a transistor 15. The transistor 15 is configured to include, on a substrate 41, a gate electrode 42, a gate insulator 43, a channel layer 44, a source electrode 45, and a drain electrode 46. The drain electrode 46 is formed on the same face as a pixel electrode 16 and further connected to the pixel electrode 16.
