PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of side plate edge unit of experiment testing bench is provided to prevent the side plate edge unit from being damaged by external force. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of side plate edge unit of experiment testing bench comprises the following step: attaching protective bars(4) to the front and rear part of an edge unit of a table(1). The protective bar comprises a front(4a) and sides(4b,4c). Both rear sides of the front side make an acute angle between the side and the front side. A bonding method of the protective bar comprises the following steps: coating the inside of the protective bar with silicon sealant and hot-melt adhesive at the same time and bonding the protective bar to the edge unit of a side plate; and bonding the protective bar to the edge unit of the side plate. The silicon sealant and the hot melt adhesive are coated as being distanced from each other.
