PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier capable of maintaining the high-quality drying condition is provided to rapidly dry agricultural products using a planar heating element. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier comprises the following: a drying chamber with an opening/closing door attached to the front side of a main body(10); a heating unit(120) including a planar heating element(121) attached to the inside of the drying chamber for uniformly emitting heat; a shelf unit(130) laminating a tray(131) for mounting agricultural product inside the drying chamber for drying; a vacuum unit(140) pumping internal air to outside of the drying chamber; an equipment chamber(146) installed on the upper side of the drying chamber; and a suction pump(141) installed inside the equipment chamber, and combined to a suction pipe(142) for pumping the internal air from the drying chamber. |
