PURPOSE: A garlic stem separation apparatus capable of improving work efficiency is provided to enable users to separate the stem from garlic cloves with the small amount of strength. CONSTITUTION: A garlic stem separation apparatus comprises the following: a rod(10) including a shoulder strap(14); a blade(20) protruded from the center of a plug(22) which is combined to the end of the rod to fit the blade to the stem of a garlic clove; a holder(30) including a rotation coupling unit(32) which is protruded from both front sides of the blade to fit the stem of the garlic clove; and a rotator minimizing the rotating frictional resistance between the plug and the holder. The rotator is a bearing. |
