A minute flux control and a noise prevention system of hot water distributor is provided to prevent the abnormal operation of boiler and noise. A minute flux control and a noise prevention system of hot water distributor is connected to a connecter of a valve control apparatus at one side of a motor valve so that the connecter can transmit signal. The common drive connection line of a motor-operated valve driver(60) is connected to the AC synchronous motor of the motor-operated valve inside the driver in order to operate the motor-operated valve driver. An open and close switch inside the motor-operated valve driver is connected to a ball valve connected to the motor-operated valve driver or a disc-type valve respectively according to the operation of an open and close driver connection line and the AC synchronous motor .
