<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue-regenerating scaffold which contains a gene and a cell adhesive factor, and can be suitably used as a medical material for adhering the cell to proliferate and differentiate in an intended direction, and to provide a method for manufacturing effectively the tissue-regenerating scaffold. <P>SOLUTION: The tissue-regenerating scaffold comprises a layer containing the gene and the cell adhesive factor on the surface of a base material, wherein a calcium phosphate layer is used for the layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
