PURPOSE: An image display device using a main display unit, a sub display unit, and a discharge control switch is provided to widely secure a viewing angle of a three-dimensional image by controlling a discharge control switch. CONSTITUTION: Each sub pixel includes a main display unit(SPr1) and a sub display unit(SPr2). The main display unit includes a first pixel electrode(Ep1) and a first common electrode(Ec1). The sub display unit includes a second pixel electrode(Ep2), a second common electrode(Ec2), and a discharge control switch(DST). The discharge control switch is turned off by a first DC(Direct Current) control voltage in a 2D mode. The discharge control switch is turned on by a second DC control voltage in a 3D mode. |
