PURPOSE: A verifying device of record content and method thereof is provided to accurately recognize whether to transfer original document to a customer. CONSTITUTION: An original document database(200) stores an original document. A voice recording unit(210) records voice communication content. A text conversion unit(230) converts voice calling content recorded in the voice recording part. A verification unit(250) determines whether to match the stored original document with the text. |
