<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interconnection power conditioner which can easily perform a confirmation test of protective relay performance in a power conditioner interconnected with a commercial power system such as 400 V at a voltage (100 V) that can be generated by a commercial standard relay tester carried by a maintenance inspection operator generally and which can easily perform a test of the protective relay to be mounted on the power conditioner at the time of factory shipment, and completion inspection and maintenance inspection works on the site. <P>SOLUTION: An interconnection power conditioner converts a DC power generated by a solar battery into an AC power at an inverter part and outputs the power to a commercial system, and comprises a transformer for voltage phase detection which is provided with a plurality of primary windings and which detects the system voltage in the commercial system. The interconnection power conditioner changes the connection of the plurality of primary windings so that the voltages outputted to a secondary winding of the transformer for voltage phase detection can be voltage of the same degree even if the voltages to be applied to the primary windings are different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
