A method for preparation of biological tissue samples comprises the manufacturing of paraffin block with a sample of tissue, sectioning of paraffin matrix, their staining and research. The samples of tissue with the thickness from to 2 of various objects are sequentially stacked vertically in a container, and then the marker tissue section is placed. The sections are fixed by applying melted wax to the edge of the forming block. |
