<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble when a driver gets on/off a vehicle in plug-in charging, when condition setting concerning charging inputted by an occupant in the vehicle is transmitted from a charger to the vehicle via a connection cable. <P>SOLUTION: The charging condition setting management device 17 acquires, when the vehicle is not connected to a charger 2 via a connection cable 20, charging condition setting inputted by an occupant in the vehicle to record it in a charging condition setting storage unit 17b, and transmits the recorded charging condition setting to the charger 2 via the connection cable 20 based on the connection of the vehicle to the charger 2 via the connection cable 20.
