<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel support device which allows a panel to be easily positioned and enables the panel to be supported without additional processing such as through-hole boring. <P>SOLUTION: A panel support device comprises a base fitting 6 and a cover plate 7 which is fixed to the base fitting 6 in a state to clip the panel 2. The base fitting 6 comprises a stepped part 9 for fixing the base fitting 6 to a column 5, a contact surface 16 in contact with the rear face of the panel 2, and a protrusion 13 in contact with the end face in the vertical direction of the panel 2. The cover plate 7 comprises a first support fitting 3 including a contact surface 26 in contact with the surface of the panel 2. The base fitting 6 comprises the stepped part 9, the contact surface 16 in contact with the rear face of the bottom edge corner part of the panel 2, and the protrusion 13 in contact with the end face in the vertical direction of the bottom edge corner part of the panel 2. The cover plate 7 comprises the contact surface 26 in contact with the surface. A second support fitting 4 for clipping a plate piece 28 in contact with the bottom edge of the panel 2 to receive the deadweight is provided at the bottom edge of the base fitting 6 and the cover plate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
