PURPOSE: A withdrawing tool for oil seal is provided to prevent damage on the oil seal through withdrawing the oil seal while not applying shock to the oil seal. CONSTITUTION: An oil seal withdrawing tool(10) is located at an upper portion of a plain bearing(1). Three rakes(30) of the withdrawing tool are inserted to through holes of the bearing. Then, lower portions of the rakes are rotated to a screw shaft(11) direction. By continuously transferring the withdrawing tool to downward, the lower portions of the rakes penetrate an oil seal(3) for being located at a lower surface of the oil seal. A ring shaped supporter(22) is installed at an upper portion of the bearing. By rotating the screw shaft, a screw combining unit is elevated along the screw shaft. Moreover, the rakes are elevated for the bent portions to contact with lower surface of the oil seal. In case of continuous rotation of the screw shaft, the rakes are elevated to upper direction for supporting the lower surface of the oil seal. Therefore, the oil seal is withdrawn to upper direction.
