<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination lamp using an LED capable of solving a heat generation problem of the LED while it maintains compatibility that can be exchanged with an existing mercury lamp. <P>SOLUTION: In a lighting device wherein lamps are mounted inside a shade having an opening opened at one end and having an exhaust port at the other end, a ventilation space is formed at an opening side of the shade by preparing a base plate and a translucent cover plate with an interval, and a plurality of LED modules as a lamp and a plurality of heat radiation plates are arranged inside the ventilation space. An intake port is arranged at a central section of the base plate, an exhaust fan is arranged between the intake port and the exhaust port of the shade, and a gap used for inflow of air is formed between an outer peripheral edge of the cover plate and the inside of the shade. Thus, The LED modules and the heat radiation plates in the ventilation space can be cooled since the air is absorbed through the gap with the exhaust fan and is discharged from the exhaust port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
