<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a facility manager or the like to grasp a card use state of a facility user to solve the problem that the card use state cannot be shown even though a card owner or a person other than the card owner has to know the card use state. <P>SOLUTION: A charging system updates a payment amount for a post-paid card and a prepaid card which can store the total payment amount data and personal identification data, and includes a managing reader/writer device; an adding/subtracting reader/writer device provided with a second reader/writer, charging means, a second storage device for storing settlement data including at least the personal identification data and the payment amount data showing a payment amount during updating, and an output interface for outputting the stored settlement data; and a management computer provided with an input interface for inputting the settlement data outputted through the output interface, a third storage device and a display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
