<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which is excellent in traveling performance, traveling durability, thermal dimensional stability, and transparency and also excellent in processing suitability and surface characteristics in a flexible device manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated film for an electronic device base material which has at least a layer A, a layer B, a layer C, and a layer H in this order, the layers A and B are biaxially oriented polyester films. The layer A contains particles of 0.1-2 μm mean particle size, the layer C containing a water soluble polymer as a main component is laminated on the layer B, and the hard coat layer (layer H) 3-20 nm in surface roughness Rz is arranged on the layer C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
