<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device in which speckle noise can be reduced by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The laser light source device comprises nano-column laser diodes each having 100 or more columnar emitters oscillating laser light having a corresponding wavelength for each pitch, where the entire width of laser oscillation wavelength is controlled to 5-10 nm and 0.1-0.2 nm is one pitch in the range of the entire width of laser oscillation wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
