A process for ready mix filtering of honey-containing alcoholic beverage comprises filtering, which is carried out sequentially. At first – through the carton filter, after that – through the installation with filtering elements, after that it is filtered through the filter, loaded with microporous mineral, and through the polishing installation consisting of filters series.
