<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a voltage of a drive voltage system from excessively becoming high and from being restricted more than necessary. <P>SOLUTION: When the rotation speed Nm of the motor is in the resonant rotation speed range, a voltage (S120), which is lower by a reduction amount ΔVH corresponding to a battery temperature Tb and a storage rate SOC than when a rotation speed Nm of a motor is beyond a resonant rotation speed range, is set (S140, S150) as an upper limit voltage VHlim. A boost converter is controlled (S160, S170) by using a lower one of the upper limit voltage VHlim and a target voltage VHtag corresponding to a torque command Tm* and the rotation speed Nm as a voltage command VH*.
