PURPOSE: A ladder with steps having a link structure is provided to enable a worker to stably work on the ladder by securely fixing steps at a desired angle. CONSTITUTION: A ladder with steps having a link structure is composed of multiple link assemblies. The link assemblies comprise multiple side plates(1), one or more spacer bars, plate-shaped steps(3), and step fixing units. The side plates have first and second hinge connections. The spacer bars are formed between the side plates to separate the side plates from each other. One end of each step is rotatably connected to the side plates, and the other end is extended frontward. The step fixing units fix the rotated steps at a desired angle.
