<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly adhesive and transparent film used for providing a functional layer on a surface at a low manufacturing cost with an excellently uniform quality and a high yield of product by a simple manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the highly adhesive and transparent film includes solvent-casting a photosetting resin composition containing a photosetting cage-type silsesquioxane resin on a transparent base film in a constant thickness, attaching a transparent cover film on the same under pressure, irradiating an ultraviolet ray to cure the photosetting resin composition to a curing reaction ratio in the range from 75 to 90%, then separating and removing the transparent base film and the transparent cover film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
