<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment device of a target for position measurement, easy to be replaced with respect to a driven pile and capable of improving measurement accuracy, and a position measurement method of the driven pile. <P>SOLUTION: An attachment device of a target for position measurement comprises: a belt-like base part 7 which connects a plurality of rigid plates 8 in a foldable manner; magnets 10 attached on the rear faces of the rigid plates 8, respectively; and a fastening belt 12 for pressing the base part 7 against the outer peripheral surface of a driven pile 19 so as to wind the driven pile 19. A laser reflection board 2 for position measurement is attached to the base part 7 via an attachment frame 3, and the laser reflection board 2 is attached to the driven pile 19 by using an attachment device 1 provided with rubber material 12a on all parts of the fastening belt 12 abutting against the driven pile 19.
