<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid passage unit having a joint free from outside air flow-in, inside air flow-out and internal liquid leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid passage unit is constituted by joining a plurality of members, a joined part thereof is required to have arbitrary air tightness and a function of holding the liquid within the unit, all or a part of joints of unit constituting members are in contact with the liquid and surfaces of the joints of the constituting members have arbitrary liquid repellency or lyophilic property or both of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
