<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a high-quality nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum in an LC-NMR analysis system. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid chromatograph-nuclear magnetic resonance analysis system feeds a sample fraction that is sequentially eluted from a liquid chromatography apparatus filled with sample mixture, to a nuclear magnetic resonance analysis apparatus and acquires a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of each fed sample fraction by the nuclear magnetic resonance analysis apparatus. The analysis by the liquid chromatography apparatus employs a gradient elution method in which two types or more solvents are gradually made to a mobile phase for sample separation while changing the ratios thereof. A mixing device allowing an on-line consecutive operation for uniformizing the respective sample fractions is provided on a passage for connecting the liquid chromatography apparatus and the nuclear magnetic resonance analysis apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
