The present invention relates to a method for preprocessing lignocellulosic biomass, include: a) a step for the acid hydrolysis of the biomass using an acid solution so as to obtain a liquid fraction and a solid fraction; a step of separating the solid fraction and the liquid fraction; c) a step of drying the solid fraction; d) a step of curing the dried solid fraction in a medium including at least a hydrated inorganic salt having the formula MXn.n'H2O, where M is a metal selected from groups 1 to 13 of the periodic table, X is an anion, and n is an integer between 1 and 6 while n' is 0.5 to 12, so as to obtain a solid fraction and a liquid fraction; e) a step of separating the solid fraction and the liquid fraction obtained in step d); and f) optionally a step of processing said solid fraction from step e).
