<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sampling sperm having good mobility, capable of shortening the time required for performing the microscopic fertilization of fine amount of the sperm semen, and giving less damage to the sperm. <P>SOLUTION: The device for sampling the sperm having the good mobility is provided by being constituted with an upper thin film lid part (10) including a semen-flowing in port (11) and a semen-flowing out port (12) at a position of opposing to the semen-flowing in port (11), a middle flow route part (20) including a semen-introducing part (21) following to the semen-flowing in port (11), a semen-flowing out part (22) following to the semen-flowing out port (12), a weir like resistant flow route part (23) installed at a position opposing to the upstream side of the semen-flowing out part (22) and passing through contaminants smaller than the sperm, and a chamber part (24) between the semen-introducing part (21) and the weir like resistant flow route part (23) and also surrounded by a sidewall structure, and a bottom surface part (30) which may be made as one unit with the middle flow route part (20), and enabling the collecting by peeling off or penetrating the upper thin film lid part (10) at the upper part of the chamber part (24). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
