<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a foam molded product which has a high foaming rate, and is excellent in appearance, without using a seal member. <P>SOLUTION: The mold device for injection foam molding includes a fixed mold, a movable mold which moves forward and backward, and an outer edge part movable core. The outer edge part movable core is a movable core which is fitted to the abutting surface of the outer edge part of the movable mold via a spring pushing in the direction of the fixed mold. On the butt surface of the fixed mold and the movable mold, cavity surfaces for constituting a cavity formed between the fixed mold and the movable mold are formed respectively. In the fixed mold and/or the movable mold, from its outer surface toward the cavity surface, a raw material injection hole, a runner, a resin gate, a gas injection hole, and a gas discharge hole are formed. When the movable mold is retreated during molding, the sealed state of the cavity is maintained by the outer edge part movable core.
