<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition, a molded article and a light reflecting member having excellent light resistance, hue, impact resistance, light reflectance, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition contains titanium oxide and polycarbonate resin containing structural units (a) derived from a dihydroxy compound having a region represented by formula (1) in part of the structure and structural units (b) derived from a dihydroxy compound of an aliphatic hydrocarbon. The structural units (b) derived from the dihydroxy compound of an aliphatic hydrocarbon are contained in an amount of more than 40 mol% with respect to the total amount of the structural units derived from all the dihydroxy compounds in the polycarbonate resin. The titanium oxide is contained in an amount of 0.01-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polycarbonate resin.
