<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input device which is excellent in visibility. <P>SOLUTION: An information input device comprises: an optical layer having a surface; a plurality of first electrodes formed on the surface; a plurality of second electrodes formed on the surface so as to cross the first electrodes; and transparent insulation layers interposed at the crossing parts where the first electrodes and the second electrodes cross each other. The surface of the optical layer is a wave surface having an average wavelength equal to or less than the wavelength of a visible light. When the average wavelength of the wave surface is λm and an average width of vibration of the wave surface is Am, the ratio (Am/λm) is within a range of 0.2 or more and 1.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
