<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide fine particle dispersion element which can impart a conductive substrate having a metallic fine particle sintered film pattern on a substrate, can also impart ink jet aptitude because it has a high dispersibility at high concentration and a low viscosity, and can form a high adhesion high conductivity metal film on a low heat-resistant substrate only by plasma processing without requiring calcination under an oxygen atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: The metal oxide fine particle dispersion element contains metal oxide fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 20-100 nm, a dispersion medium and a dispersant.
