<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle and vehicle control program which can determine a travel route according to an occupant's intention while controlling traveling of occupant's own vehicle automatically. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes a travel control device 100 and a travel track memory 93b. When an occupant performs an inclination operation of a joy stick 13 while the vehicle 1 is performing automatic travel along a travel track set in advance, the travel control device 100 selects a road to be traveled based on the inclination direction (an operation angle δ) and stores a travel track for entering the road in the travel track memory 93b. Thereby, the travel track is set based on a direction to be traveled by the vehicle 1, which is instructed based on an occupant's intention, allowing traveling of the vehicle 1 to be controlled along the travel track.
