<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated moisture proof film having extremely high moisture proofness even when a plurality of moisture proof films are used to improve barrier properties and capable of reducing an amount of bubbles generated between the respective moisture proof films, and to particularly provide a laminated moisture proof film for use in a solar cell module surface protective material. <P>SOLUTION: This laminated moisture proof film has a structure in which a moisture proof film (a) and a moisture proof film (b) are laminated via an adhesive layer. The moisture proof film (a) includes at least one layer comprising a resin composition including cyclic olefin-based polymer, where a water vapor permeability (WTR (A)) at 40°C and at 90% RH is ≤1.0 [g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>day].
