PURPOSE: A holder supporting device is provided to prevent a rapid drop of a holder by using a locking unit even when a switch is being malfunctioning. CONSTITUTION: A moving unit(20) supports a holder to move along a body unit. A locking unit(30) is interworked with the moving unit to selectively lock a moving position of the moving unit. The locking unit includes a gas spring connected with the moving unit. The locking unit includes a locking body(31) of a hollow body, a pressurizing body(32) selectively compressing gas of the locking body, and a connection bar(33) operated between a compressing position and a non-compressing position compressing or non-compressing the gas according to the movement of the moving unit.
