PURPOSE: An extrusion bar and mold for forming a coupling protrusion of the extrusion bar for coupling an LED bar are provided to form a dove tail type coupling protrusion in the extrusion bar, thereby preventing burrs due to a gap which is made of a parting line between two molds. CONSTITUTION: A single mold object(10) includes a molding portion(11) in a portion facing an extrusion bar(20). The molding portion has the shape of a dove tail type coupling protrusion(20a). The dove tail type coupling protrusion slides along with the longitudinal direction of the extrusion bar by pressure on a surface opposite to a surface on which the dove tail type coupling protrusion is formed after the dove tail type coupling protrusion is formed in the molding portion. The dove tail type coupling protrusion is separated from the extrusion bar by the sliding.
