PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the arrangement of strand rolls for continuous casting, and a measuring system and method using the apparatus are provided to reduce measurement time and thereby improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the arrangement of strand rolls for continuous casting comprises a main body(110), displacement elements(120a,120b), and sensors(130). The main body is formed in a block shape, inserted in a continuous casting line formed by the strand rolls, and moved along the continuous casting line. The displacement elements are installed at the top and bottom of the main body and displaced along the shape of the continuous casting line by being in contact with the continuous line. The sensors are respectively installed in the displacement elements and measure the gradient of the displacement elements. [Reference numerals] (210) Computer unit
